State General Fund Revenue Estimates

NCSL compiled data on state revenue estimates for FY 2019 through FY 2021 (projected). While the data does not show the full impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on state budgets, it provides a look at what states expect for fiscal year 2021, which began on July 1 in most states.

Other databases include Tax Incentive Evaluations, State Tax Actions and Pension Legislation.
