2014 ACA STATE BILLS DATABASE LAUNCHED

NCSL has just released its latest compilation of state legislative actions related to the Affordable Care Act.  A new online database provides one-click access to more than 950 bills and resolutions filed or pending across the 50 states and D.C.  As of this week, at least 28 measures have been signed or passed. Legislation can be sorted by state and by topics like Exchanges, Medicaid, Outreach, Insurance Reforms, Authorization & Funding or Challenges, Opt-outs & Alternatives. [Bill listings are updated as of Mar. 25, 2014]
