NTSF Tribal Caucus Meeting and NETWG Meeting

The National Transportation Stakeholders Forum (NTSF) Tribal Caucus and the Nuclear Energy Tribal Working Group (NETWG) will each meet on Jan. 26-28, 2016, in Palm Springs, CA. The meetings will be held at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel. The NTSF Tribal Caucus will meet for a day and a half on Jan. 26-27, and NETWG will meet for two half days on Jan. 27-28.

Schedule Overview

  • Jan. 25: Travel Day; optional group dinner/activity
  • Jan. 26: NTSF Tribal Caucus meeting all day
  • Jan. 27: NTSF Tribal Caucus meeting half day (AM)
  • Jan. 27: NTSF/NETWG joint lunch
  • Jan. 27: NETWG meeting half day (PM)
  • Jan. 28: NETWG meeting half day (AM)

*Please note: Two separate meetings will be hosted. NTSF will convene January 26 & 27th and NETWG January 27 & 28th. Your meeting schedule will depend on your participation in the two separate working groups.

Registration InformationThere are no fees for either meeting, but registration is required. The registration deadline is Jan. 8, 2016.

Onsite Registration. If you are unable to meet the registration deadline, register onsite at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel .

Confirmations will be emailed if an address is provided. Letter confirmations will be mailed upon request.

Rate: $123 /plus tax

Hotel rates are available until the cut-off date of, or until rooms sell out, whichever comes first.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements. When arranging hotel accommodations, please indicate that you are attending the NCSL conference to receive the negotiated rate.
