All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to registration.
Cancellation policy for NCSL members (state legislators, state legislative staff and NCSL international affiliates only): A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations. The full conference registration fee, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded if received in writing by midnight on July 19, 2024.
Cancellation policy for all others (includes international legislators and international legislative staff who are not NCSL dues-paying affiliates): A $100 fee will be charged for cancellations. The full conference registration fee, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded if received in writing by midnight on July 19, 2024.
Please note: Cancellations received after July 19, 2024, and those who do not show up for the meeting will be charged for the full registration.
Pick up your badge and meeting materials from the registration desk in the Kentucky International Convention Center beginning Aug. 4. The cost to replace a badge is $100. All attendees are required to present a photo ID to pick up their badges. Badges are required to attend sessions and events.

The deadline to book rooms at the NCSL discounted rate has passed. Once you register for the meeting, you will receive a link in your registration confirmation email to search for available rooms at prevailing rates near the convention center. After July 16, contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel existing reservations made on or before July 10.
The five hotels in the NCSL group block range from $169 - $229 per night (single/double occupancy) plus applicable taxes.
Note: NCSL is not affiliated or contracted with any outside hotel contracting company. If someone other than NCSL contacts you suggesting that they represent any NCSL event, they do not. As a reminder, NCSL will never solicit our attendees regarding housing. Housing information will only be available to attendees via the registration confirmation email.
