NCSL Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

In the absence of Senator Morris, the Meeting was called to order by NCSL Staff Chair, Michael Adams. The following officers were present:
Representative Terie Norelli, New Hampshire, President-Elect
Senator Bruce Starr, Oregon, Vice President
Michael Adams, Virginia, Staff Chair
Patsy Spaw, Texas, Staff Vice Chair
Tim Rice, Illinois, Immediate Past Staff Chair
A quorum was present with 37 members of the Executive Committee in attendance. Several guests and NCSL staff also were present.
