NCSL Urges Bipartisan Passage of 2024 Farm Bill

Washington, D.C.—In a letter to congressional leadership, the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) voices its support for swift, bipartisan reauthorization of the 2024 farm bill. 

The 2018 farm bill is set to expire in September. The bill touches a breadth of issues, including rural economic development, crop insurance, nutrition and SNAP benefits, conservation and forest management, and more.
