WASHINGTON, D.C. —The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) is releasing a new report, “Approaches to Regulating Artificial Intelligence: A Primer,” on Thursday, Aug. 10.

Developed with input from the NCSL Task Force on Cybersecurity and Privacy Work Group, the report highlights practical approaches for creating a secure digital environment and offers state legislators valuable insights on how to devise an effective state regulatory framework for AI.
