Resource NLSSA Membership Enrollment for 2023-2024

Returning Member Instructions 

1. Log into the NCSL website. 
2. Click on the profile icon the top right corner, which will take you to your preference center. 
3. Click the association tab in the top right corner.
    
4. Check the box of the membership desired.
5. For payment options:
   1. To bill to state, click “Invoice Me” and complete the billing address form with the billing entity.
      
       
      Click “Mail Invoice” at the bottom of the form and an invoice will be sent to the billing address for payment.
      
   2. To pay by credit card click “Checkout”to proceed to payment. Complete the credit card information and click “Continue” to process payment. Once the payment is processed, a message will appear & the receipt can be viewed.
      
      

International/Lifetime Member Instructions

1. Log into the NCSL website. 
2. Click on the profile the top right corner, which will take you to your preference center.
3. Click on “My Orders” from the left side menu.
   
   
4. Check the box next to the order to be viewed and click the side arrow at the end of the line to view the information; click the download button to download.

New Members Instruction

1. Create a profile on the NCSL website.
2. Email cat.chrobak@ncsl.org and let her know you are a new NLSSA Member and have created an NCSL account.
3. Cat Chrobak will respond to your email confirming she has unlocked your registration permissions and send payment options.
