(10.6 miles | 17 km) 

  • Taxi Service
    Driving from the Jean-Lesage Airport to Fairmont Le Château Frontenac takes approximately 20 minutes. Taxi services are available from the airport at a flat rate of $41.40 (day price) and $47.60 (night price, between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.). 

Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) to Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac  
(170 miles | 274 km) 

  • Train Service 
    Travelling by train from Montréal to Québec City with VIA Rail is another great way to travel. Seats are comfortable and Wi-Fi is available onboard. The trip takes about three and a half hours, departing from Montréal Central Station and arriving at Gare du Palais in downtown Québec City. Fares start at $30 one-way for economy class. 
  • Rental Car 
    The most popular, and fastest, driving route between Montréal and Québec City is highway 20. The journey, depending on traffic, can take about three hours. 
  • Bus Service 
    Travelling with Orléans Express bus lines between Montréal and Québec City is the best way to travel between the two cities if you are on a budget. The buses are comfortable, with Wi-Fi and electric outlets onboard. The journey takes about three hours and tickets start at around $25 one-way. Buses leave downtown Montréal every hour, from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and arrive at Gare du Palais in downtown Québec City.
