Key Budget Indicators 

In addition to State Pages, the "Indicators” tab provides a 50-state analysis of a specific budget trend. For example, the Tax Revenue Volatility indicator provides a state volatility score assessing how much your state’s growth rate varies year-to-year. On average, tax volatility has increased, due largely to personal income, sales, and corporate income revenues.
