It's packed with award-winning storytelling for legislators, staff and anyone else with an interest in innovative public policy, professional best practices and the legislative institution.

Published since 1975, State Legislatures is printed once a year to coincide with NCSL’s annual Legislative Summit. Besides covering policy and professional development, each issue offers an entertaining look at the year’s Summit host city and features the graphic design work of a local artist.
