Physician assistants practice medicine with physician supervision, as provided in section 50j. Physician assistants may perform those duties and responsibilities, including the ordering, prescribing and dispensing and administering of drugs and medical devices that are delegated by their supervising physician or physicians.
Physician assistants may provide any medical service that is delegated by the supervising physician when the service is within the physician assistant's skills, forms a component of the physician's scope of practice, and is provided with supervision. U.S. Virgin Islands Code tit. 27 §50h
