Join this site visit to see first-hand how technology is transforming and improving healthcare at the point of care. Meet with hospital staff and tour the hospital to see the CPM Framework™, a comprehensive system of clinical practice models used to develop interdisciplinary, evidence-based care, improve patient safety and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the care process. This system, which was the brainchild of a nurse’s compilation of “best practices” for providing care at the point of care, has blossomed into a consortium of over 150 hospitals.
