2021 NCSL Privacy Summit

The Privacy Working Group of the NCSL Task Force on Cyber Security will meet for the inaugural in-person convening in Alexandria, Va., taking place Sept. 22-24, 2021. This working group is specifically designed for legislators who have shown interest in or introduced legislation related to data privacy. The Privacy Working Group will examine policy issues including consumer data policy, government data usage, and the intersections between data privacy and cybersecurity.
