This webinar highlights the crucial role of states in the treatment of substance use disorders and mental illness, two conditions for which state financing is key through a combination of state general funds and the state portion of Medicaid spending.  Speakers will provide an overview of the prevalence, treatment and funding for behavioral health disorders in America as well as highlight state actions and programs in Missouri and Vermont.
