The past year has seen an ever increasing body of literature around economic development incentive evaluation, and a growing number of states and cities undertaking evaluation processes.
As part of NCSL and Pew’s commitment to equipping state and local governments with tools to enhance their effectiveness, we will once again convene those with the responsibility to evaluate incentives. This meeting is an opportunity for analysts to learn from and connect with their peers in other states and cities.
