October 2013 NLWG Meeting


New Orleans houseThe Nuclear Legislative Working Group (NLWG) met for its fall meeting on Monday, Oct. 28, 2013, in New Orleans. As part of the larger Intergovernmental group, the group met with other stakeholders and with officials of the the U.S. Department of Energy - Environmental Management on Oct. 29-30. The National Governor's Association (NGA) hosted the meeting. Participants had the opportunity to converse with each other and DOE on pertinent issues related to the cleanup of the nuclear weapons complex.
