Baker Signs Major Massachusetts Climate Bill

After voicing concerns about the legislation regarding fossil fuel limits and funding, Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker signed HB 5060 into law on Aug. 11. The bill includes support for EVs, grid modernization and energy storage, among other measures.

Bill Would Give Watchdog Group a Say on Ohio Utility Commission

State NEVI Plans Raise Concerns About EV Charging Rollout
