NETWG Second Quarter Meeting | Fort Hall, Idaho

Idaho National LaboratoryThe mission of the Nuclear Energy Tribal Working Group (NETWG) is to engage federally-recognized tribal governments and their designated representatives in U.S. Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Energy activities. NETWG’s second quarterly meeting will be hosted by Shoshone-Bannock Tribes and includes a tour of Idaho National Laboratory (INL). The goal of this meeting is to discuss NETWG’s recent activities, learn more about INL activities.

Meeting Overview:

  • April 18: Travel day (a.m.), Dinner meeting at 5 p.m.
  • April 19: All-day tour of Idaho National Laboratory (INL)
  • April 20: Meeting 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • April 21: Meeting 8-11a.m. Travel day (p.m.)


Registration Information

Meeting attendance is by invitation only. There are no registration fees. It is, however, important for meeting planning that you contact NCSL if you will not be able to attend once you have registered. Please register for the NETWG Meeting by Friday April 8, 2016.

Online registration is provided through NCSL's database system. Most NETWG members already have an account. You will be asked for your username and password. Your username will be your email address. If you have forgotten your password, the system will prompt you to reset your password. Confirmations will be sent by email.

NCSL will make hotel reservations for one NETWG representative from each state or tribe. Please contact Angela Lucas if you are requesting travel assistance from NCSL as the sponsored representative for your Tribe. 

DOE officials and other NETWG members should make their hotel reservations separately.

Fort Hall, Idaho is served by Pocatello Regional Airport.  

If you are the sponsored tribal representative, please contact NCSL's travel agency to make your flight reservations. Travel booked through Christopherson Business Travel will be directly billed to NCSL

Please register and make your travel arrangements by April 8, 2016. Travel booked after this time will require prior approval by NCSL.

Ground Transportation: You are responsible for making your own ground transportation arrangements. Eligible NETWG members will be reimbursed for this expense after the meeting.
