NCSL Introduces Tool Providing a ‘Snapshot’ of Each State Legislature
Denver—This November, partisan control of 46 chambers is up for grabs as more than 6,000 out of 7,383 state legislative seats will be decided across the country. Of those seats, approximately 1,874 are filled by women.
The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) recently launched a tool providing a look of each state legislature’s current confirmed leadership as well as interactive graphics showing partisan composition, gender and racial composition.
