Denver—Two former U.S. education secretaries will headline an online meeting presented by the National Conference of State Legislatures.
Arne Duncan and Margaret Spellings will participate in “Education at a Crossroads” during NCSL Base Camp 2020, which takes place Sept. 15-17. NCSL Base Camp will provide an online platform for legislators, staff and other public policy professionals to learn from national policy experts and thought leaders about solutions to the country’s most pressing state issues.
