This periodic newsletter, published by the Legislative Research Librarians Staff Association, is written by and for state legislative library and reference staff.

The Legislative Research Librarians Staff Association, one of NCSL's nine professional staff associations, was established to promote effective information retrieval techniques for legislative libraries, provide a forum for the exchange of ideas relating to legislative information, operations and procedures in the states and enhance the professionalism of the members. To achieve these goals, the Legislative Research Librarians Staff Association publishes this periodic newsletter.
