Three ways to register:

  • Online. Registering online requires a credit card for everyone except legislators and legislative staff. Confirmations will be sent by e-mail.
  • Fax the registration form to 303-364-7811.
  • Onsite Registration. If you are unable to meet the Dec. 1 registration deadline, register onsite at the Marriott Wardman Park.

Spouse/Guest Registration. The guest fee includes admission to all evening social events only.

Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by Dec. 5 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303-364-7811. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.

Confirmations will be e-mailed if an address is provided. Letter confirmations will be mailed upon request.

    Transportation will be provided from the Hilton to the Marriott.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements. When arranging hotel accommodations, please indicate that you are attending the NCSL conference to receive the negotiated rate.

Reservations must be held by one night's room deposit (major credit card guarantee is acceptable).

Travel Information

Washington, D.C.,  is served by several airports including Ronald Reagan International, Baltimore Washington International and Dulles International. Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance, but make arrangements early for the best rates.
