NCSL Legislative Summit
Nov. 3-5, 2021

Become an Exhibitor.

Each year, NCSL brings together legislators and staff for the Legislative Summit, the largest and most substantive meeting of its kind in the nation. We would like to invite you to exhibit along with organizations that include corporations, federal, state and local government agencies, trade associations, special interest groups and consulting firms.

As an Exhibitor

  • Discuss your message face-to-face with state leaders.
  • Broaden your contacts with state officials.
  • Increase your awareness of new and critical state legislative issues.
  • Present your products and services to people who influence buying decisions.

Engage With Leaders from Every State
These leaders most often control legislation and purchasing in their state. They are the people you need to know to sell your product or service to the states.

Craft Innovative Solutions
The most innovative, creative ideas for confronting and resolving issues—ranging from renewable energy to higher education and everything in between—begin in the states.

Read the Exhibitor Kit (coming in July)

The Exhibitor Kit contains all the information you need to have a successful exhibit experience in Tampa. You will need to provide or order through the exhibit services contractor any items for your exhibit including tables, chairs, wastebasket, carpet, internet and electricity. The Exhibit Hall will have blue aisle carpet. NCSL requires that you carpet your booth. Exhibitors can bring their own carpet or order carpet through the Exhibitor Kit. If your booth remains uncarpeted one hour prior to show start, carpet will be provided and charged to your organization at on-site rates. Shipping deadlines and addresses are also listed in the kit.

As an exhibitor, you receive a complimentary listing in the 2021 Legislative Summit meeting app. Please submit your 25-word exhibitor description to sales@ncsl.org by Sept. 15, 2021.
