Registration online requires a credit card for everyone except legislators and legislative staff. Confirmations will be sent by e-mail.

- Onsite Registration
If you are unable to meet the Sept. 24, 2010, registration deadline, register onsite at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center Hotel.
- Spouse/Guest Registration. The $115 fee includes admission to all scheduled meal functions and evening social events.
Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by September 30, 2010 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303.364.7811. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.
Confirmations will be e-mailed if an address is provided. Letter confirmations will be mailed upon request.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements.
When arranging hotel accommodations, please indicate that you are attending the NLSSA conference and reference code 'NLS' to receive the negotiated rate of $139 per night (excluding tax).
Reservations must be held by a credit card. The cut-off date for the negotiated rate is Sept. 4, 2010.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
Baton Rouge is served by the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport and is accessible by jet service via Delta, American, Northwest and Continental. Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance, but make arrangements early for the best rates.

The Hilton Baton Rouge offers a courtesy airport shuttle service to our attendees. From the baggage claim area, look for the courtesy telephone bank (near ground transportation) to contact the Hilton Baton Rouge; they will send a shuttle to come and pick you up. Wait times may vary but the shuttle can typically be at the airport within 15 minutes. Rental cars and taxi service are also available. General Information
The NLSSA Fall Training Conference is a relaxed learning experience; business casual attire is recommended for most events. NLSSA members like to dress up for the State Dinner; attire for that event is semi-formal and varies from cocktail to evening wear. Fall temperatures avergage a high of 82° and low of 58°.
