NCSL Webinars allow attendees to participate in meetings taking place around the world from the comfort of their desk. They are collaborative, interactive and easy to use.
Most webinars will be recorded for those who are unable to attend the live meeting.
Publishing Reports Online
Moving to online reports involves cultural, process and technological changes. The change from lengthy written reports to web reports requires learning how to synthesize information for a busy legislative audience. During the first part of this one-hour webinar, staff from the Washington Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee (JLARC) will discuss how their study process continuously supports the dual needs of rigorous review and concise explanation. The second part of the webinar will focus on technological change and JLARC's process for posting reports to the web.
