Three ways to register:
- Register online - Registration online requires a credit card for everyone except legislators and legislative staff. Confirmations will be sent by e-mail, and meeting materials will be mailed.

If you are unable to meet the Sept. 6, 2011, registration deadline, register onsite at the Magnolia Hotel, Lower Level.
Cancellations must be made in writing by fax (303.364.7811) or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than September 16, 2011. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the seminar begins. No onsite cancellations will be permitted.
Confirmations will be e-mailed if an address is provided. Letter confirmations will be mailed upon request.

Located in the heart of downtown Denver’s business district, the Magnolia Hotel is close to the 16th Street pedestrian mall, dining, shopping, nightlife, and sports and entertainment venues. Please make your hotel reservations directly with the hotel by calling toll-free, 888.915.1110. Indicate that you are attending the “NCSL Fall Conference” to receive a room rate of $141 single/double, plus tax, per night. Reservations must be held by credit card. The deadline for making hotel reservations is August 19, 2011, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After that date, reservations will be accepted at the seminar rate based on room availability.
Denver International Airport (DIA) is serviced by all major airlines that provide daily nonstop service from more than 140 U.S. cities.

Denver International Airport is located 24 miles northeast of downtown Denver. The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service; however, a number of ground transportation options are available, including commuter shuttles, taxis, limousines, and public transportation. Once you are in the downtown area, great restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues are within walking distance of the hotel or via the free 16th Street Mall shuttle. Visitors can also explore the city by bicycle through Denver’s bike sharing program. Rental cars also are available at DIA for those who want to explore some of Colorado’s other locations, such as Boulder, Colorado Springs and, of course, the mountains!
