Spouse/Guest Registration. Spouse/guest registrants are defined as a member of your immediate family or spouse/partner. A guest must accompany a full registrant.
Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by September 30 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303.364.7811. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements. Reserve your room now! Be sure to reference the group code NCS if you make reservations over the phone. You do not need to reference this code if using the above link.
When arranging hotel accommodations, please indicate that you are attending the NLPES conference (group code: NCS) to receive the negotiated rate of $139 per night (excluding tax).
Reservations must be held by one night’s room deposit (major credit card guarantee is acceptable). The deadline for making hotel reservations is September 10, 2010, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After that date, reservations will be accepted at the seminar rate based on room availability.

Baton Rouge is served by the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport and accessible by jet service via Delta, American, Northwest and Continental. Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance, but make arrangements early for the best rates.

The Hilton Baton Rouge offers a courtesy airport shuttle service to our attendees. From baggage claim, look for the courtesy telephone bank (near ground transportation) to contact the hotel; they will send a shuttle for you. Wait times may vary, but 15 minutes is typical.
