Photo of patrick edgarPatrick Sullivan, director, Montana State Professional Development Center: Sullivan received his B.A. in history/political science and master of public administration degrees from the University of Montana, a master of divinity degree from the Franciscan School of Theology in Berkeley, Calif., and his doctor of public administration from the University of Southern California. He has worked for a variety of agencies including the Department of the Navy, the Veterans Administration, and Dawson Community College in eastern Montana. He also taught at the University of Montana. Sullivan operated his own consulting firm for more than 20 years, providing services to state agencies and local governments throughout the Northwest. He was most recently the director of the Master of Public Administration program and an associate professor at Southern Arkansas University.
