The National Association of Legislative Information Technology (NALIT) Professional Development Seminar (PDS) brings together state legislative information technology professionals who are interested in advancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state legislatures through technology.
The seminar provides a combination of educational sessions, tours and briefings by our host state at the Wisconsin State Capitol, legislative showcases and vendor exhibits, and networking opportunities.
The agenda offers a mix of technical, policy and management sessions and provides opportunities to share solutions and discuss innovative uses of technology. Speakers combine the knowledge of industry experts and the experience and expertise of legislative information technology staff. Integral to the seminar is the opportunity to compare experiences in roundtable sessions and small group discussions.
