The Legislative Information and Communications Staff (LINCS) professional development seminar is designed by legislative staff, for legislative staff, and it happens only once a year—don't miss it! 

The seminar is designed to help attendees share solutions, discuss innovative uses of communication, increase their effectiveness and forge important connections with peers from around the country. The meeting features a blend of classroom experiences, facilitated dialogue and experiential tours. There will also be plenty of time to network with your counterparts from other states.

Spouse/Guest Registration fee

The guest registration fee of $150 includes social events and meals provided during the meeting.


All cancellations must be emailed to registration@ncsl.org by Oct. 2, 2017 to receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. No on-site cancellations or substitutions are permitted.

LINCS' room block at the Liaison is now sold out at the discounted rate. Attendees may make a reservation and pay the prevailing rate or book a room at another area hotel. If you need assistance, please contact Tricia Simmons or Jane Andrade.

Attendees wishing to extend their hotel reservations beyond the dates of the conference can make reservations based on availability. The conference rate cannot be guaranteed for dates prior to or after the meeting, and the market rate may apply.
