Registration online requires a credit card for everyone except legislators and legislative staff. Confirmations will be sent by e-mail, and meeting materials will be mailed.

If you are unable to meet the Aug. 22 registration deadline, register onsite.
- Spouse/Guest Registration. The $150 fee includes admission to all scheduled meal functions and evening social events.
Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by August 28 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303.364.7811 or emailed to email@example.com. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements. Reservations must be held by one night's room deposit (major credit card guarantee is acceptable).

Salt Lake City is served by the Salt Lake City International Airport. To make flight arrangements through NCSL's travel agency, Christopherson Travel, call:

The hotel does not have an airport shuttle, but taxis are available for about $25 one way.
