Two ways to register:
Registration online requires a credit card for everyone except legislators and legislative staff. Confirmations will be sent by e-mail, and meeting materials will be mailed.
Spouse/Guest Registration. The $150 fee includes admission to all scheduled meal functions and evening social events.
Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by September 9 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to NCSL and can be faxed to 303 364-7811 or e-mailed to email@example.com. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.
Confirmations will be e-mailed if an address is provided. Letter confirmations will be mailed upon request.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements.
When arranging hotel accommodations, please indicate that you are attending the ESLFOA conference to receive the negotiated rate of $99 a night for Standard Queen, King, or Two Double Beds; or $140 a night for Deluxe Guestrooms. All rooms are non-smoking.
The cut-off date for the negotiated rate is Aug. 24, 2013.
Mystic is served by the Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT (69 miles) and T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, RI (44 miles).
Transportation between Bradley (Hartford) and T.F. Green (Providence) Airports and Mystic
There are no regular shuttles between either airport and the Mystic Area. Amtrak has regular direct trains between downtown Providence and Mystic. The trip is approximately 45 minutes and costs under $20, depending upon the time of day. No direct trains run between the Hartford area and Mystic. The estimated cost for a private taxi cab is $200 one-way from Bradley and $180 one-way from T.F. Green. Both airports also have numerous car rental services.
