The deadline to register is Friday September 21, 2012.
Onsite Registration
If you are unable to meet the Friday, September 21, 2012 registration deadline, you can register onsite at the OMNI Richmond Hotel.
Spouse/Guest Registration
The $195 fee includes admission to all scheduled meal functions and evening social events. It must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Cancellations
Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by Monday, October 1, 2012 will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to (303) 364-7811 or emailed to registration@ncsl.org. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.

Confirmations will be e-mailed if an address is provided. Letter confirmations will be mailed upon request.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements.
When arranging hotel accommodations, please indicate that you are attending the "ASLCS Professional Development Seminar" to receive the negotiated seminar rate of $147 per night for a single/double (plus 13% tax). You can make your hotel reservation on the personalized ASLCS reservation site.
Reservations must be held by one night’s room deposit (major credit card guarantee is acceptable). The cut-off date for the negotiated rate is Wednesday, September 19, 2012. After that date, reservations will be accepted at the seminar rate based on room availability. Room reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
Richmond is served by the Richmond International Airport and the following airlines provide service into the Richmond area: American Airlines, United Airlines, Delta, US Air, Air Canada, Jet Blue and Airtran.

The airport supports a variety of rental car companies including Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar and Hertz.
The OMNI Richmond Hotel is eight miles, approximately 15 minutes from the airport. Taxis including Airport Taxi, Checker, Galaxy, Richmond Flyer, Virginians Cab and Wilson Taxi are available to rent for the ride.
