If you are unable to meet the September 19, 2011 registration deadline,you can register onsite at the Chateau on the Lake Resort and Convention Center
Spouse/Guest Registration. The $195 fee includes admission to all scheduled meal functions and evening social events.
Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by September 27 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303.364.7811. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.
Confirmations will be e-mailed if an address is provided. Letter confirmations will not be mailed.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements.
When arranging hotel accommodations, please indicate that you are attending the "NCSL ASLCS Professional Development Seminar" to receive the negotiated rate of $132 per night. You can make your hotel reservation on the personalized ASLCS reservation site. The attendee login is 0911ASLCS.
Reservations must be held by one night’s room deposit (major credit card guarantee is acceptable). The cut-off date for the negotiated rate is Monday, September 5, 2011. After that date, reservations will be accepted at the seminar rate based on room availability. Room reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
Branson is served by theBranson Airport and Frontier Airlines and Air Tran fly into Branson. ASLCS encourages attendees to book their flights to Branson well in advance to ensure the best rates and most flexible schedule.
Flight reservations must be made at least seven days in advance, but make arrangements early for the best rates.

The Chateau on the Lake is located 20 minutes from the Branson airport. The Chateau will provide transportation for attendees to and from the Branson airport. Please contact the Chateau on the Lake Concierge department to make your Branson Airport transportation arrangements. Arrangements are to be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival and are available for hotel guests only. When making your reservation please provide the Concierge with your name, hotel confirmation number, arrival and departure dates and flight numbers. The Concierge may be contacted at 417-334-1161 extension 1776 or toll free at 1-888-333-5253 extension 1776. Shuttles are available on a pre-arranged basis only. Should arrangements not be made with the Concierge at least 14 days in advance please anticipate making personal arrangements through a local taxi company.
Taxis who serve the Branson Airport to the Chateau on the Lake are $12 one-way. Please mention the $12 rate to the taxi driver. The taxi company and the Chateau on the Lake have an agreement on the one-way fare of $12 to and from the airport.
Travelers can also fly into the Springfield-Branson National Airport in Springfield, Missouri, which is 50 miles from the Chateau on the Lake. Taxi service is available approx. $95 one-way.
