Pick up your badge and meeting materials from the registration desk in the Indiana Convention Center beginning Aug. 13. The cost to replace a badge is $100. All attendees are required to present a photo ID to pick up their badges. Badges are required to attend sessions and events.
All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation policy for NCSL members (state legislators, state legislative staff and NCSL international affiliates only): A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations. The full conference registration fee, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded if received in writing by midnight on July 28, 2023.
Cancellation policy for all others (includes international legislators and international legislative staff who are not NCSL dues-paying affiliates): A $100 fee will be charged for cancellations. The full conference registration fee, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded if received in writing by midnight on July 28, 2023.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations received after July 28 and those who do not show up for the meeting will be charged for the full registration.
