Previously, Kimaid led the risk management and compliance team for Google in Latin America. 

Sean McSpaden is the principal legislative IT analyst with the Oregon Legislative Fiscal Office, with a broad set of technology, cybersecurity, GIS and AI oversight responsibilities. Previously, he served as Oregon’s deputy state chief information officer. McSpaden was recently appointed as a member of Oregon’s Task Force on Artificial Intelligence and serves as Oregon’s representative to NCSL's Task Force on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Privacy.
