  • In-person meeting with federal officials and industry experts.
July-September:
  • Optional gathering for those attending NCSL’s Legislative Summit in Denver in early August.
  • Discussion of state and federal financing mechanisms (virtual).
October-December:
  • Review work to date and identify model resilience concepts for state legislatures (virtual).
  • Sharing of case studies/policy options/report.
  • Closing meeting of the cohort (virtual).
