Program evaluations and performance audits evolve from kickoff to publication. “Known unknowns” are a given. If we don’t know which direction a project will go, is all our planning a waste? For many of us, that’s why we use some form of project management. Our pair of experts will cover the foundations of project management, different methodologies, important considerations and a variety of tools and techniques to make conducting evaluations more efficient and less stressful. Please join us whether you lead projects or are a member of an evaluation or audit team.
