This meeting is open to ESTF members only. 

The 2025 ESTF Spring Meeting will be held May 15-17 at the InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk in San Antonio. The Task Force to discuss critical energy issues and engage in dialogue that will help improve lawmakers’ knowledge and effectiveness around energy policy.

1pm - 5pm Half Day of Programming (Opening Roundtable/3 topics)
7pm - 8:30pm Networking Dinner
Friday, May 16
7:15am - 8am Breakfast
8am - 12pm Half-Day of Programming (3 topics/Closing Roundtable)
12pm - 12:30pm Grab and Go Lunch
1pm - 4pm Port of San Antonio Cybersecurity Campus Tour
5pm - 6:30pm Executive Committee Reception (optional)

  • Hotel: InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk, 111 East Pecan Street, San Antonio, TX 78205 
  • Rate: $209/night – please encourage attendees to book within the NCSL block to avoid paying a daily destination fee. 
  • Hotel Cut-Off Deadline: Wednesday, April 16, 2025 
  • Other Info: Approx. 15-minute Uber ride from San Antonio International Airport to the hotel.

There is no registration fee for ESTF members, but please register for the meeting in advance so we can accurately plan meals, tours and events.
