2025 NLSSA Annual Training Conference

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites. Reservations can be made via the booking link: 2025 NLSSA Annual Training Conference. Arrival and/or checkout dates can be adjusted under the “Edit Stay” option in the top right bar.  

Attendees can also call the reservations line at 317-236-1800 and reference NCSL 2025 NLSSA and group code 90R. Please verify the group rate of $209 per night for a king bed or two double-bed suite plus taxes.

The Embassy Suites is located about 13 miles (or 20 minutes) from Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Airport shuttles are available for $35 each way. Complimentary breakfast and evening receptions are available to guests each day.

Please register and pay online. NCSL will not accept cash or credit card payments at the event.  

All attendees and guests must register by Oct. 8.  

ATC Registration Bill-to-State Instructions:  

Available only for U.S. legislative staff.  

You must first log in to the NCSL website. If you don’t have an NCSL Account, instructions can be found here. The Legislative Staff ticket type field will contain the “bill to state” link. On the next page, choose from the list of legislative staff in your state and fill out the billing information. Then click “Register selected contacts” from the top of the page.
