NCSL Election Leaders Program serves members who have been identified by their chamber leadership for their expertise in elections. Through this program, election leaders will have the exclusive opportunity to connect with leading researchers and policy experts, and exchange ideas with other election leaders from around the country.

Election Leaders Program Includes:
1. Biannual in-person meetings with in-depth discussions on election policy, covering topics such as:
- Canvassing.
- Fair and secure elections.
- Voter list maintenance.
- In-person voting and absentee and early voting.
- Post-election processes.
- Primaries and electoral structures.
- Current policy issues.
- Campaign finance.
- Ethics.
- Initiative and Referendum processes.
2. Participation in a peer-learning environment fostering the exchange of ideas and solutions related to elections, including virtual briefings on timely topics.
3. A platform for news alerts and sharing on the policy issues du jour.
