Trump Signs $867 Billion Farm Bill

Overall, the bill reauthorizes a host of agriculture and nutrition programs through fiscal year 2023 (Sept. 30, 2023) and has an estimated price tag of $867 billion over a decade, according to the Congressional Budget Office.

Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is on Daylight Saving Debate?

Legislators in 25 states reviewed at least 40 bills and resolutions, with about equal numbers advocating either permanent daylight saving time (DST) (which would require Congressional approval) or opting out (which states can do with a vote of the state legislature).

EPA Unveils Affordable Clean Energy Rule to Replace Clean Power Plan
