February marks the one year anniversary of the website, an important national resource for state policymakers about scope of practice issues for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dental hygienists and dental therapists.

Nurse practitionerThe site features 11 interactive maps for policy areas such as supervision requirements and prescriptive authority. The website continues to track legislation, detailing more than 300 bills since its inception, including 97 bills introduced since Jan. 1, 2018.

The website published 11 blogs over the course of the year featuring workforce shortages, medication-assisted treatment and legislative updates from the states.

The website also has a following on Facebook and LinkedIn so be sure to check out the social media pages and give us a “Like” or a “Follow.”
