Patrick Edgar, who delivered a useful and well-received presentation on being a public employee during difficult times at the Legislative Research Librarians Staff Section's September meeting in Helena, Mont., will be featured in the first annual Legislative Staff Week webinar.

Patrick EdgarEdgar, director of the Montana State Professional Development Center, will cover subjects crucial to legislative staffers both new and old in "Public Service in Difficult Times," Tuesday at 2 p.m. (ET).

The webinar will include new ideas and reminders of valuable strategies for remaining engaged and healthy while pursuing carriers in state legislatures.

From changing your mindset about how you and your group fit into the legislative puzzle, to self-care practices to keep you in the game, this webinar will offer refreshing new takes on what it means to be a public employee in volatile and uncertain environment and times.
