Agendas and special events are being prepared for the Winter Meeting of the NCSL Executive Committee and the Legislative Staff Coordinating Committee for the meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana. Check back often for frequent updates.

Registration

Registration InformationRequires a credit card for those who are required to pay a fee. Confirmations will be sent by email. Deadline to register online is Friday, Jan. 2, 2015.

$0 for NCSL Foundation for State Legislatures Platinum, Gold and Silver level sponsors

$300 for all other attendees

Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to 303-364-7811. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.

The deadline to book housing has passed.  If you need to request a reservation at the group rate, please contact Heather Plush with your arrival and departure dates to inquire about availability.

Each attendee is responsible for making his or her hotel and travel arrangements. The negotiated group rate is $139/night plus taxes and fees.

Hotel reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance to avoid penalites.

If arranging hotel accommodations by phone, please indicate that you are attending the NCSL Executive Committee meeting to receive the negotiated rate.

The cut-off date for the negotiated rate at the Intercontinental hotel is Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014.

New Orleans is served by the Louis Armstrong International Airport, which is located approximately 20 miles from the Intercontinental Hotel downtown. A cab ride costs $33 from the airport to the Central Business District for one person and $14 (per passenger) for three or more passengers. Pick-up is on the lower level, outside the baggage claim area. There may be an additional charge for extra baggage.
