As NCSL's associate IT director, Chris Csanyi focuses on the technical and infrastructure systems that are used every day for NCSL members and staff. Csanyi has 20 years of experience staying on top of technologies that can help NCSL’s mission moving forward. He is an alumnus of Appalachian State University, with degrees in information systems and management.

Edward Green focuses on the registration of NCSL meetings and webinars. He comes to NCSL with more than 10 years of experience working in accounting and registration at other nonprofit associations. He enjoys working for an organization committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.

As the chief information officer, Feray Baytok oversees all systems, hardware, network, security, technical resources and processes in use at NCSL to ensure they deliver outcomes that support the organization’s mission. She has 30 years of experience leading strategic, technical and management initiatives—from information security to member experience—while mitigating threats and maximizing productivity. She is dedicated to aligning and leveraging emerging technologies for NCSL's transformation.

As a meetings specialist, Jackie Zimmermann supports NCSL’s meetings division. Zimmermann has more than nine years of experience in meetings management. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and holds a certified meeting professional designation.  

As a support specialist in NCSL’s Information Technology Department, Jarrett Austin provides triage services and support and technical assistance to staff. Austin comes to NCSL with experience in troubleshooting technology issues at a hardware and software level, training users of technology and customer service. He is dedicated to expanding the adoption of technology in the workplace and promoting an environment that allows users to realize their full potential while better utilizing their technological tools.

As a meetings specialist, Katryna Chamblin supports NCSL's meetings division. Prior to joining NCSL, Chamblin worked at an association management company as a conference planner overseeing three different associations. She earned a B.A. in hospitality, tourism and events from Metropolitan State University of Denver. 

As the HR director, Kazia Washington, SHRM-CP, PHR, oversees NCSL's Human Resources Office. Washington comes to NCSL with 10-plus years of experience utilizing innovation and strategy to translate business vision into healthy HR initiatives. Passionate about all things people, she is dedicated to meeting NCSL's staff where they are by cultivating an inclusive culture and nurturing the human experience of belonging.

As data analyst, Leanne Reed works with all NCSL staff. She has over 16 years of experience in the IT field. She is dedicated to providing support to the organization so that we can continue being a source of excellence to the state legislatures.

Lilli Bishop supports the IT department with complex troubleshooting, systems management, security, automation and cloud infrastructure. Bishop has more than nine years of experience in IT support and administration in multiple industries. She hopes to bring her experience and broad IT exposure to NCSL and help the team take technology to the next level.
