Exhibit Charges and Services

NCSL's Legislative Summit gives your organization an opportunity to:

  • Discuss your message face-to-face with state leader
  • Broaden your contacts with state officials
  • Increase your awareness of new and critical state legislative issues
  • Present your products and services to the people who influence buying decisions

Who are the meeting delegates?
Attendees include legislators, senior legislative staff, state and federal agency personnel, and government relations managers from corporations, associations and special interest groups.

Who are the exhibitors?
The NCSL Exhibition represents more than 300 organizations from many diverse industries and interests, making it the largest exhibition of its kind.  Even with such a large exhibition, the meeting presents many opportunities for one-on-one contact with state lawmakers.  Some of the exhibiting organizations include:

  • Public and private corporations
  • Federal, state and local agencies
  • Trade associations and special interest groups
  • Consulting firms

All booths are standard 10'x 10' units or multiples thereof unless otherwise indicated. 

  • 10'x 10' booths
  • $1,775 for businesses and associations
  • $1,595 for state, local and federal government agencies

The fee for each booth includes:

  • Four complimentary floor passes
    (Additional passes available for a fee)
  • Draped 8' backwall and 3' sidewalls
  • Booth identification sign
  • Listing in the 2008 Legislative Summit Program
  • 24-hour security service
  • Daily aisle maintenance
  • Special discounts on advertising in State Legislatures magazine
  • Special discounts on mailing list rentals of Legislative Summit registered attendees
  • Admission to social events

Nonprofit exhibition grant is available to supplement 50 percent of the booth cost for organizations that qualify with:

  • Annual operating budget of less than $500,000
  • 501(c)(3) or 501(c)6 status
