The Medicare bill, H.R. 1, passed its final hurdle November 25^th when it was adopted by the Senate (54 yeas, 44 nays). It has gone to the President for signature. The House Ways and Means Committee website has a number of documents that may be of interest to you including the bill text, the conference report, and a brief 10-page bill summary.
