Legislative Effectiveness Committee:  Meeting Summaries and Presentations

 

NCSL’s Legislative Effectiveness Committee holds sessions at Fall Forum, Spring Forum and Legislative Summit meetings, addressing topics like ethics, legislator and staff training, lobbying, constituent outreach and service, technology and social media, and effective legislative practices.  It also examines legislative spending decisions, caucuses and evaluation practices.  This page provides links to summaries, presentations, tips and other information from the committee’s sessions that have been held since 2007.
